So far it's been a bust, heavy rain run off causing bad visibility and very muddy conditions. I thought I saw a trout rising a few days ago but I think it just came up to see where it was, more than likely it was lost. Hopefully the next few dry days will reduce the water height and improve clarity as I'm hoping to catch on fly preferably dry but at this stage a streamer will do.
